testimonials

“I came here following the signs off exit 19 of I-80 not expecting much. This was the nicest park we have seen in weeks. Quiet, inexpensive, clean bathrooms, room for a 40′ bus, wifi. Also the lady running it was as nice as can be. Completely recommended”

- Wayne Scott

“Excellent location with trails, water activities, and friendly owners. Great place to stay long term or daily.”

- Randal Barton

“Quiet, clean and very well kept up campground. One of the cleanest campgrounds I’ve been to by far. Clean bathrooms, showers and grounds. Staff is very friendly and sites were of nice size, leveled and grassy. Not to many bugs and a beautiful bike/walking trail behind the campground ( Hennepin canal ). I will definitely be back. Very relaxing retreat and reasonably priced.”

- Erika Surges

“Very quiet and great for retired people, next to the Hennepin water canal. The owners is are really nice and helpful!”

- Jen Richardson

“We only spent one night, but it was a great experience! Staff was very friendly and checkin was easy. The campground is located on a historic canal with a nice walking path. The campsite was an easy pull through and large enough to stay connected for easy pull out in the morning. I would definitely camp there again!”

- Dawn Armbruster
